The Squat Challenge

If you spent any time in our office you know that we love to squat! It’s an essential movement that anyone, young or old should be able to perform. Sadly, this is a basic human right that many people can longer do. So, over the next 30 days, I want to challenge you to accumulate 10mins a day in the full squat or as low as you can get into a squat if you can’t reach a full depth. That means squatting throughout the day so when you go to bed you’ve squatted for 10 minutes.

The benefits of the squat are immense; they range from improved posture, a greater range of motion from ankles to shoulder to better elimination.
