Mobility Minute #11 (Pass Throughs)

Dr. Joel goes over a great stretch for the shoulders and chest. All you need is a PVC pipe or broom handle and a bit of space to do these.
Hold the pole with both hands as wide as necessary so you can bring it overhead and behind you without any pain, discomfort or bend in your arms. Do a set of 10-15 and let us know how it goes.
