Mobility Minute #10 (Swimmers)

Dr. Joel continues with his overview of Thoracic Extension mobility with this classic swimmer drill. Lying flat with your nose and toes to the floor, lift your hands as high as you can off the floor and slowly move through a full range movement until they are behind your back then bring them out in front of you again. This exercise can be performed almost anywhere and despite looking easy is surprisingly difficult.
