The Café of Life is a place that serves Life to people of all ages. Who would like a greater expression of life, health and vitality? Everyone would! The Café is a place where your health, life and human potential are honored and focused upon at all times. You will be cared for as a unique individual and special human being; you will never be treated like a case with a condition, ID number or file. People here receive hope and inspiration instead of prognosis or prescription.
We acknowledge and live by the natural law that healing comes from within. The chiropractic adjustment releases life force, which travels via our internal internet, called the nervous system. When this system is free from interference, the body-mind is free to fully express itself. How that expression appears will be as unique as the individual. For some it may mean a decrease in pain and symptoms, for others it may be more energy and vitality. Regardless of the outcome, everyone can benefit.

What We Do
When you visit the Café of Life, you encounter a warm, energetic and open environment that has been created for YOU. We communicate with you human being to human being. We have removed the persona of “Doctor” to establish a real relationship based on honesty and vulnerability.
We will request information about you, your family and those events that may be influencing who you are today. We also develop a clear understanding of your needs, goals, and objectives. From here we explain what we do and what we do not do, this ensures a joint understanding of the purpose of the chiropractic care.
Next you will experience a comprehensive neuro-spinal assessment that gives us information about your level of connectivity. The appropriate adjustments will be delivered that day.
After your first visit you will be able to choose your next step, to make a commitment to yourself, your life and your well being by engaging in the dynamic process of chiropractic care, or to leave the café in peace, knowing we are here to serve you whenever you may need us.
As our relationship develops, we take time to reassess where you are in your commitment to the process. The amount of time you would like to benefit from our service is ALWAYS up to you.
